I did this the week of the US release of the Green Lantern Movie.
this pic was done to capture the feel of Mike Weiringo. Mike died on this day 4 years ago, there are so many days were a "feel like reading a new Weiringo book today". he was way ahead of his time and the comics industry still hasn't found someone to fill his place.
I reckon you've captured Mikes work. I always thought his heroes looked really approachable, an Kyle certainly does here. Either that or he's about to give someone a cheeky uppercut.
