This was alot more difficult than I ever imagined. First, which costume to do? Traditional, Ultimates.... I ended up going with a bit of a mix and made my own. Second problem, it was really hard to come up with a position, stance, angel to draw that wasnt generic. I mean you see alot of similar pin ups positions when you do a goggle search for Hawkeye or any other guy with a bow for that matter. Not saying mines different just saying it was a bitch to decide what to do.

I just got back from seeing the Avengers movie 3D Gold Class. Worth every penny. Joss Wheadon has made one heck of a movie, I loved it.

Urghh sorry about the low quality of posts lately. Even with my own master level procrastination abilities I eventually have to do some work and not do fun stuff like Houdini's. To make up for this quick sketch I've attached another Hulk painting I did a few months ago which is a bit more developed.

Avengers Assemble

Here in Australia, April 25th marks the release of the Avengers movie (thats like a week ahead of anywhere else!) and I am super excited to see all the epic action on the big screen. This has been along time coming with 2 Ironman, Hulk, Capt America and Thor movie all slowly dropping hints as to what fans can expect to see.

So for the couple of weeks leading up to its International release we will be celebrating by drawing each of the main characters (with the exception of Thor and Capt, who we have done in previous weeks).

This week is Ironman.
