Hello Boy

Well this is my Hellboy piece. Like my Tin Tin piece was interested in providing an Australian setting for this illustration. So I thought it would be cool to show Hellboy about to take on the mythological Rainbow Serpent. I had a lot of fun mucking around with the various Hues for the serpent.

Hellboy - Drew

Not my best but i havent posted in awhile and wanted to try and knock out some stuff as theres been some great topics lately.. So heres my Hellboy, took no time at all..

Well I got there. I was sick last week and every time I tried to draw Hellboy he looked like a dude with goggles on his head. Started feeling better and he came to me straight away. Finally!

Was a busy time this week, so didnt get to put as much love and attention into this one.

I think if given the chance I would have done a Lobster Johnson but when I tried to put him in the same frame with Hellboy, they just gave off differing vibes that didn't mesh for me.

Hey guys, big thanks to Andy for the invite =)

I love some of the topics you've had on this blog. If i can find the time I'm going to try and work my way through past topics. I cant resist the idea of drawing something out of big trouble in little china =P

It was 10 tons of fun drawing this Hellboy. I almost never draw for myself these days. I'm definitely going to spend some time this week to finish this one off, but i didn't want to spend too much time on it now because it didn't seem to be in the spirit of this blog.  Please enjoy.

Theme 51 - HellBoy

I cant believe we havent done this theme! How did that happen? Anyway this weeks theme is Hellboy. If you feel like it go ahead and include someone else from the Hellboy universe - but Hellboy is the theme.
