Cruella Deville - Fast Eddy (Revised)

Hey guys, it's been a while since my last post, I've been a bit distracted with the writing of a graphic novel. But I've been working on this one since the Evil theme. I've been keen to play around with composition after reading a really good book on that subject. So I started off with this...



Making sure that the shapes related well with each other before going into fleshing out the character and adding details. I'm relatively happy with this final image but I'm also aware that something is wrong with it, although I can't put my finger on it. So if anyone has any ideas, they would be very welcome before I pull all my hair out...



And here is the revised one, I've removed a little of the fur coat on the left hand side and also cropped closer on the left hand side of the frame... (Thanks for the tips guys!)

Come on Cobra Commander is the greatest evil villain ever! Okay he cops a beat down every time from the Joes but, BUT, his not doing too bad really. Lets look at the facts.

CC commands a global empire, which has fangs in every area of society - military, political, entertainment, finance EVERYWHERE. His endless legions are armed with tech too impossible to even comprehend. And despite being surrounded by a bunch of ruthless turncoats just itching to stick a knife in, this Caesar somehow comes out on top every time.

Dr. Doom - Fast Eddy

Hey guys, Merry Christmas to you all! For this Dr. Doom theme I chose do to a cross between the usual caped villain and an evil samurai. This is because I've been looking at the old japanese woodblock prints and admiring the detail that the artists would put into the pattern on the kimono.
