I approached this one as a character design exercise. and I'm reasonable happy with the result (which explains the two pics)
I didn't reference this too hard, so if the clothes or colours are off that is the reason.
Again I coloured this on in Illustrator, which takes far too long for this exercise.
I would totally watch this as an animated series!
ReplyDeleteDude, just to clarify. Are you free hand drawing these in illustrator from scratch? and with out a Wacom? cause thats seriously insane!
ReplyDeleteno I draw them in pencil, scan them in, trace the line work point by point. then add the colour.
